Guilt and Grief


Are you feeling guilty for things you didn’t say or do before your loved one died?

The “what if’s” and “if only’s” can drive us crazy. Our lack of willingness to forgive ourselves keeps us caught and stuck in a no win situation. We keep punishing ourselves, seemingly unable to let ourselves off the hook. From this vantage point it is very hard to move through our grief process with any kind of ease or grace.
